Part 3. The type of out-side assemrrbly electric roller
1.概述Brief
外装式电动滚简就是将电动机装在滚简体的外面，而减速机构装在滚简体内部的一种新型电动滚筒，它克服了内装式电动滚简散热条件差，使用功率受到限制的弱点，我公司生产的电动滚筒现已广泛应用于港口、矿山、冶金、电力等各部门的大、中型输送机上，受到用户的一致好评。
外装式电动滚简所配套电动机为Y系列标准电机，维修简单，使用方便，如选用YB系列隔爆型电动机.则可应用于有隔爆要求的场合。
本公司生产的外装式电动滚简可配置ZL型弹性柱销齿式联轴器(GB5015-85).对于大功率的外装式电动滚筒，为改善起动性能，可采用YoX型限矩液力偶合器代替联轴器.对于有单向逆止要求的场所可加配逆止器。
对于有制动要求的场合则可加装制动器.制动器采用Ywz型液力推杆制动器.并对应配套使用带有制动轮的同等规格联轴器或偶合器。
External Electric Roller is a new kind of Electric Roller, the motor is installed outside the body of Roller, and the reducing mechanism is installd inside the body of Roller. It over- comes the shortcomings of poor radiating condition and limited working power of Bult-in Electric Roller. This kind of Roller produced by our company has been used widely in big-sized and middle-sized conveyors in the fields of Port, mine, metallurgy. electric industry, and well received by the users.
Allocated motor of this External Electric Roller is Standard Motor of Y-series, this is easy to install and maintain and convenient to operate. And if you select flameproof motor of YB-series, this roller may be used in the field needed flamcproof. Externat Electric Roller produced by our company may be llcated Model ZL elastic plug coupler (GB5015-85), and as for high-power External Electric Roller, may replace coupler by Model-Yox limit- moment hydrodynamic coupling to improve the starting performance. And as for needing the function of one-way cut-off, may allocate non-return component. And may alocate brake additionally to obtain brake performance. And this brake may adopt Model-YWY hydrodynamic pusher brake, and allocate the same xpecications of coupling or coupler with braking wheel.
